iOS Wi-Fi mode failed to connect, how to solve it?
Whether the testing can be performed normally in USB mode?

First, check whether the mobile phone and computer are on the same Wi-Fi network.

If they are on the same Wi-Fi network, then check whether the Wi-Fi network has any limitations. Use another mobile phone device to establish a hotspot and set the computer and the previous mobile phone to join the hotspot network to make a retry. If choosing to use a hotspot, please always keep the screen of the mobile phone providing the hotspot on.

Disable and enable the wireless network card. Disable all the other network card devices.

Disable the system firewall. Please note to select the right card.

Reboot the Apple’s background services.

If the user has installed the itools, a prompt will pop up to remind the user to unload it. Please download and install the latest iTunes Apple suite.

Android Wi-Fi mode failed to connect?
a) Can try a hotspot or establish a Wi-Fi connection by yourself to exclude the problems of network limitation.

b) Restart the mobile phone and the client.

c) For some OPPO mobile phones, because the system refuses PC software to push the installation package, it needs to install manually. Otherwise, it may cause connection failure.
