Subscription Payment Instructions

Subscription Payment Instructions

Subscribe to WeTest products by choosing “Annual Billing” or “Monthly Billing” for automatic renewal.

1.Open the WeTest.

2.Click on Pricing at the top to enter the pricing page.

3.Choose the product you want to subscribe to, you can view the ‘Annual Billing’ and ‘Monthly Billing’ prices by toggling the button on the top right, and then click Buy Now.

If you are not logged in, clicking Buy Now will take you to the login page. Log in to your WeTest account.

4.You will be guided to the checkout page. Review the product you are purchasing, and click pay, which will open a subscription confirmation pop-up.

5.Confirm the subscription information and click Confirm to proceed to the payment page.

6.Enter the payment information on the payment page and click payment.

7.A prompt will appear, indicating the final status of your payment.

8.If you encounter a payment failure, you can retry the payment or contact our online customer service . If you have any concerns, please feel free to provide feedback. Thank you for using WeTest.

Manage Subscriptions

You can view all your personal and corporate subscriptions in the subscription list, where you can also cancel your subscription.

View Subscribed Products

1.Open and log in to WeTest, click on your profile name at the top, and select Subscription to manage your subscriptions.

2.Toggle between “Individual Account” and “Corporation Account” to view all subscription information. If you have many subscribed products, you can filter them by selecting “Product.”

Cancel Your Subscription

1.Click the “Cancel Your Subscription” button.

2.A cancellation confirmation message will appear. Click “Unsubscribe” to successfully cancel your subscription.

3.Once your subscription is canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You can continue to use your quota until then.

4.After canceling your subscription, your quota will expire at the end of the current billing period. If you wish to continue using the service, please purchase it again. If you have any questions, please contact our online customer service.
