  1. Right click “My Computer” and select “Attributes”.

  2. Find “Device Manager” on the left of the page.

  3. Find “Universal Serial Bus Device”.

  4. Find “Apple Mobile Device USB Device” (note: appear only if USB is connected with an Apple device).

  5. Click “Update Driver” on pop-up window.

  6. Click “Automatically search for updated driver software”.

  7. Wait for the search to finish and update automatically.

  8. Restart computer.
